What is the minimum investment?

When do I get my money back and how much?

You receive your full capital back plus your profit share when the project is sold — typically 18 to 36 months depending on the opportunity. Each project comes with a clearly defined payment timeline before you commit. All distributions go directly to your bank account with complete documentation and full accounting.
Do I need to visit any sites or attend meetings?

No. You do not need to visit a single site, sign a single permit, or attend a single meeting. Our team handles everything. You receive quarterly written updates and you are always reachable for important decisions — but the day-to-day execution is entirely ours. Many of our investors are NRIs who have never seen the project in person.
Can I invest from outside India — NRI?

All investments are fully structured to comply with FEMA and RBI regulations governing NRI participation in Indian real estate. How is this different from buying a flat?
